GOLF OUTING....The 1st Annual Renee's Survivor Shop Golf Tournament is set for Sunday September 26th at Whiteford Valley Golf Course. It will be a Benefit for Teresa Rhoades a survivor who is battling cancer for the second time.

Check in is 8:00 am, with the opening ceremony at 8:45 am. Golfing starts with a shotgun start at 9:00 am.

Entry Fee is $75.00 per person and $300.00 per team

Deadline is September 10th or when spots fill up. Tournament Format is Four Person Scramble. Players of all skill levels welcome. Raffles, 50/50 and plenty of Door prizes.

BOOK SIGNING.... On Saturday, July 31st Tammy Miller will be at Renee's Survivor Shop for a book signing. Her new book is entitled: "The Lighter Side of Breast Cancer Recovery - Lessons Learned Along the Path to Healing"

She will be at our shop signing books from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

MEDICARE… Renee's is now Medicare approved.

A REVOLUTIONARY NEW BREAST PROSTHESIS…is coming soon to Renee's. Made by ContourMed, this is a new lightweight, cool, comfortable prosthesis that attaches to the skin by adhesive and magnets and stays in place in most any bra. Many feel this is the next best thing to reconstruction surgery. We will be offering free custom scannings for those interested in this new product line in July. More information on the dates for this service will be coming.

Our support group is a great way to lift the spirit, and meets the 3rd Tuesday of the month. Through the summer we will be meeting at various restaurants, so please call the shop to find out where we will be meeting each month.

Our journaling support group is a great way to express your feelings via writing, and will be starting up again in the fall.

We will also be starting a Bible Study Support Group this Fall, which will be led by an ordained minister. We are planning on meeting on Tuesdays. Please call or email the store for additional details, and to let us know that there's an interest out there for such a group.
